Stargazing

Stargazing is a super fun story about friendship and growth. I appreciated Moon and Christine's friendship developing so naturally, it made the story more relatable. I loved the full range of Christine emotions during Moon's illness and the love that she showed her friend at the end of the story.
I enjoyed how many of the events are pulled right from the author's childhood and how reflective writing the story was for her. Great read for middle school students!
