I don’t know where to begin. Creepy, sad, terrifying-Seven Years of Darkness kept me on the edge of my seat. I didn’t want to put it down, but I also don’t want to read it at night. The depravity of certain characters, the meticulous planning, the desperation and heartbreak of other characters were all so exquisitely crafted. This is a book that will haunt me for a while.
