This book gave some great information about why we sleep. If you know anyone in your life that is trying to live on less than 6 hours a day of sleep, encourage them to read this book! I had no idea the impact that sleep plays on all aspects of our lives, from creativity to emotional and physical health. If you have ever doubted the benefits of sleep, read this book! I recommend this book for 12 and up.
