I fucking loved this. I realized at the beginning of this book that it was third in a long-unfinished quartet, which is kind of a bummer but I was like, I've gotten this far, not stopping now. And this was definitely a better stopping place than either of the others would have been. I almost feel satisfied leaving them trapped in amber at this point because the thing about a romance is it has a happily ever after and the thing about the Arthur legend is... I didn't think they get one? Maybe they do, maybe it's like and then there was peace and they just hung around doing King and knight stuff until they died of old age. I literally don't know. I mean there are a lot of versions right? 

Anyway. Loved. Loved loved loved.
