so so good. the writing was absolutely amazing and it was beautifully done talking about some pretty deep subjects like death and the after life. i loved the character development and all of the characters in general. it was the perfect cozy fantasy where it wasn’t too hard to understand and it was fast paced. it’s so close to a 5 stars but there was a lull in the plot and pace towards the middle that was uneventful and repetitive. if this book was a little shorter it would be perfect. i highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy fantasy.
