I honestly loved the twisty story of Camden and Jules!

I love the drama of rich people and this book was no different. At a young age Camden was adopted by Jules. She instantly took a liking to how good he was in comparison to her other children. Learning about Ruby's past and how it dictated the present was so entertaining. When Ruby passed she left the entire estate of Ashby to Camden, but since he never felt like he fit in, he didn't stick around the estate and instead started his own life elsewhere where he met his wife Jules. When Camden is summoned back to Ashby estate, he is hesitant but Jules encourages him to go and see what is going on. Upon arriving, Camden immediately regrets it but sticks it out to make sure everything is good.

Both Camden and Jules both held a lot of secrets, and I loved seeing them unravel. Having the story be told from both perspectives really added to the overall atmosphere of the book. It was honestly so addicting to read about all these lies being revealed and confessions being made. I was intrigued the whole time and basically binged it.
