Why did it take me so long to get around to reading this? I don’t always love multi-generational stories but this was so engrossing and I learned so much. I wanted to get a little more emotional at the end and really feel like everything was pulled together and it didn’t quite get there for me, but an absolutely gorgeous book regardless.
