Well and Truly Pucked by Lauren Blakely
Well and Truly Pucked is is the fourth book in the My Hockey Romance series, but it can be read as a standalone.
Briar’s ex-boyfriend broke up with her, kicked her out of their home, and tried to steal her cat. So with the help of not one, not two, but three hockey players (from the “rival” team), she gets her cat back.
She ends up going on vacation, but the house was already rented to the same three hockey players who helped her. And they all agree to help her learn about romance…and experiencing an orgasm.
This was such a fun and spicy why choose hockey romance. There was no angst and only a little drama.
And the way all three of the guys brought something different to Briar, but ultimately they all fell, was great!
Now for the audio…
Audio:
Narrators: Samantha Brentmoor, Jason Clarke, Connor Crais, and Teddy Hamilton
Style: Full Cast, duet
Samantha Brentmoor was Briar, and she did a fantastic job (no surprise there). Jason Clarke was the Rhys, the British hockey hero. I love a good British accent, and I thought he did a great job. Connor Crais was the broody and grumpy Gavin, and he did an amazing job. Teddy Hamilton was the golden retriever, Hollis, and he truly brought the character to life. Overall, everyone did an amazing job. This was truly such a great audiobook, because there were even parts where they all talked at the same time, and I could hear each voice overlapping!
Also, the bloopers were hilarious
