The River of Consciousness by Oliver Sacks

challenging informative reflective slow-paced

4.0

I often put book on my TBR because it was mentioned either on social media, a YouTube video, or cited/referenced in another book. I have no idea how this book came on my list, but it was an interesting read.

There were some essays that were too technical for me like ¨Speed" and "The Other Road: Freud as Neurologist" but there were also gems like "Darwin and the Meaning of Flowers" and "The Creative Self".

It was a read out of my comfort zone, but definitely worthwhile.
