And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie

4.0

Wow! That was smart! Well, of course, we're talking about the queen of mystery here but frankly, this is the very first book that I read from her. The writing is simple but it never failed to lure me in. The plot is unique and very clever. The ending is a masterpiece. I could never figure who the culprit was and the epilogue still blows my mind. The reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars is because I'm looking for more complex elements to the characters but nevertheless this is still a fun and a suspenseful classic read and I'll definitely pick up some of her books in the future.
