I WANT GOOD GROVELLING, just like how Alex did, LIKE IF HE DOESNT ILL THROW HANDS, ion want a grovelling like how it was in books like The Divorce by Nicole or Ruin by Samantha or Coach by Devney Perry, most of these books i mentioned here had the man forcing himself on her and not respecting her, doing whatever he wanted, and being a complete dick and refusing to see the harm he has done and look past his ego.
I know Ana Huang writes good grovelling, Alex fought for Ava through and through but respected her boundaries at the same time, he begged for her, he left HIS CEO POSITION FOR HER, he was happy with being just friends too and never begged for more than that, his grovelling was not about HIM, and doing whatever he wanted, it was about HER, i hope she does the same with this book as well.
EDIT: Kinda disappointing, wanted him to grovel more, wish she had a BIGGER SPINE, she kept caving and at times i felt like she went back only because he was familiar, wanted more angst cause why not, i like crying.
