This book really helps frame the historical context surrounding all that is currently happening with Charlottesville, Black Lives Matter, and the current Trump administration. If you want to know why it is so important to vehemently oppose hate speech, white nationalism and racism, why BLM and Antifa took the kind of stand we saw in Charlottesville and Berkely, read this book. The echos of history are reverberating today. The same terror that existed then is raising it's ugly head again (Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown). I cannot recommend this book enough.
