Amazing book. I don't often feel like I become friends with the characters of the books I read. After reading this work of Claire Alexander, I can say that Meredith and I are good friends.
It's a book that gave me company for 3 days. I didn't feel "alone".
Tbh, I didn't have high expectations when I saw the book at a local bookstore. But this book made me laugh, identify, empathize, and laugh again with the main character. Even if her story is not my story —although some parts of it definitely are.
I read it in a whiz and I was left thinking about Meredith the whole day.
