This is a cute little series with a bunch of quick funny stories about a girl named Rumi Yokoi who is always sat next to a boy named Seki. Seki always coming up with crazy and over the top way to entertain himself in class, which is always very distracting for Yokoi. The stories are very imaginative and playful making the books really fun reads.
