Inferno by Dan Brown

2.0

Dan Brown has lost it.. He is writing the same book with a different context, but only worse.
Inferno is your usual Angels & Demons/ Da Vinci Code styled race to the finish, but only without the symbolism, or intrigue. He has tried to make it like those books, but it turned out to be more of a tourist guide, or rather an architectural dissertation, about Florence.

With the usual elements of last minute twist, or the treachery of someone close to the story line, this venture fell flat on its face in creating or sustaining the mystery required to carry the story forward. Half way through the book you will figure out the ending. But the most irritating aspect of the book is that it will bore you to death by describing the architecture of Florence.

A below average book which can be easily avoided..
