My opinion:
I love the illustrations. The mystery tropes and puns feel too familiar to me but some will likely go over the heads of intended readers. The pyramid scheme joke was funny to me but requires explaining to kids. The title reminded me of the missing cakes in the Detective Gordon series by Ulf Nilsson.
