I don't think I've read a book that matched the vibes of the Saint of Steel series so perfectly. The world was well-developed and thought through, the characters were all engaging, and I laughed at the book more than once. It scratched that classic fantasy itch and I loved the themes of hope in it. Probably one of my favorite books I've read this year, even if the prose is a bit dry.
