The Little Book of Valuation: How to Value a Company, Pick a Stock and Profit
by Aswath Damodaran
funny
informative
medium-paced
[Success in investing comes not from being right but from being less wrong than everyone else.]
Informative and insightful with an underpinning of Damodaran’s dry wit. While much of the early chapters are very introductory, the later chapters serve as great references guides to how you can think about valuing various company types (growth, mature, declining, cyclical, etc.). Definitely worth keeping handy while working through models, and worth returning to to review the myriad of case studies.
