I have been in the worst reading slump for the longest time. So I thought, I should read a corny romance book to get me back into reading. And guess what? It worked! But I still didn’t like the book.
It was too insta lovey for me. They fell for each other so fast. I’m more of s slow burn type of gal. I think there was a lot of slow burn potential too, that was brushed over way too quickly.
The assassin stuff was fun, but I couldn’t take it seriously when the characters took it too seriously. Like when they make it this big emotional thing when it’s really not that serious.
Its not really for me, but I guess I can understand why it is so popular.
