Not nearly as engaging as the previous books. I'm getting a bit weary of Meg's "specialness" and how everyone (Simon) is afraid she'll be upset by something. Also finding it weird that there are so many mundane activities going on, ordering supplies, discussing trivial details - get on with the plot!
Still an enjoyable series, I just didn't feel engaged with this latest tale.
