Not to be dramatic or that but... THIS IS MY FAVOURITE ROMANCE BOOK!! I don't even know if I'll be able to put a coherent review together after devouring that story but I'll try.
This is about a guy and girl who were teenage bestfriends but it all went wrong so when they are reunited as adults they struggle with their feelings for each other and the past experiences which are stopping them having a future. It completely reminded me of The Best of Me by Nicholas Sparks but this was so much better imo. I'm always here for opposites attract stories.
The characters where strong and wonderful, each and every one of them. I loved them all. Our female protagonist Lauren is kind and strong and Michael is very broken but brave. Erin was the cutest character of all time!! Ahhh I'm just obsessed with this book and didn't want it to end, it had a powerful storyline and I felt so much while reading I honestly wish there was a book 2 because I could read about these characters forever. Also the cover is beautiful 💛
