I was waiting for this book for so long and it didn’t disappoint. I am in love with this story. Xander and Rain are defiantly my favourite. It is such an emotional, warm hug of a romance with a cast you’ll want to hang out with forever. Rain is such a strong , fiery and guarded fmc. She has trouble in trusting anyone else after what her ex did. and the way Xander understands her, make her feel safe. I love seeing heal and getting justice. The found family in this story was good, whether it’s her family, his family, his team or anyone else. 
Apart from emotional except , their banter , flirting and drama. Joining them through there different adventures through Azalea Creek was so fun, the hikes , camping and the goat yoga lol. 
Each and every character won my heart. Not only the main character but the side characters too. They add so much fun in story. The MacAllister siblings group chat, granny and her comment and tarot reading. I am so excited for the next couple(If you know who), and how is it gonna play out for them.
