I really wanted to like this book. I finished it because I wanted to know where the storyline was heading but I should have stopped. The pacing was strange to me and the characters were said to be one way but acted another. The premise was creative but the characters connected to each other too quickly for my taste and it just didn’t feel believable that the curse was going on 50 years and no one could solve it.
