carabelli 's review for:
In the Presence of My Enemies
by Gracia Burnham, Dean Merrill
I hadn't heard of these events before I got this book.
The author presents her story in such a real, truthful and inviting way to share in the horror of her year being kidnapped. Not having heard much about it before allowed to make just take the pace Gracie Burnham presents in her book.
An amazing woman, with an amazing story. And an even more graceful heart. I'm very glad she was able to revisit this tragedy to share with the world such weaknesses and strength.
