I thoroughly enjoyed the final installment of this trilogy by Blake. The characters, as usual, were beautifully crafted— I felt for Stevie’s character, and loved how Blake portrayed her character’s anxiety and determination to overcome. Furthermore, although Iris’ character flaw wasn’t explicitly mentioned as a clinical disorder, I felt that she also struggled with anxiety and fear— I appreciated seeing these characters grow, and definitely cried and laughed throughout.
Next to Delilah, Stevie is my favorite. If you haven’t read this trilogy, and you love a HEA rom-com with LGBTQ+ characters, then be SURE to pick these up.
