I found this book very up and down. It was slow paced mainly but then at times fast paced to the point it was a little confusing what was going on. I liked the magical and the different cultures within the book. Enemies to Lovers with a very small hint of spice. Evike and Gaspar were interesting characters but detested Nandor and wasn't really explained about it.
