The Saga of Spy X13
by deepak rosha
The saga of spy X13 by Deepak Rosha is a well-written story about two friends Pokey and Burb. The story moves in two timelines, present when they met with each other with their wives and after meeting they went into a memory lane of their school days in past with 1965 war between India and Pakistan backdrop.
They both were students of Saint Ferdinand boarding School. They get bullied and homesick; this common thing developed a bond between them and they became roommates to a friend. One day they received a mysterious note signed as spy X13, giving them missions. This note brings a lot of adventure to their mundane boarding life.
This is a story that holds the drama, humor, and teenagers' struggles within. The language is lucid with engaging characters and a well-written plot. It is the perfect book for young readers.
