Now, mafia romances are definitely hit or miss, especially when you're looking for a good plot amongst the smut but I fucking loved this book. Hands down best mafia romance I've read so far, and my first book from J.T. Geissinger.
A hefty dose of filthy smut *chefs kiss* and a mafia plot that was actually interesting! Natalie & Kage, my gods, their love story - couldn't help but 'awe', laugh, and even shed a tear at it. Nat & Sloan, bloody hilarious, adored their friendship.
It was maybe a tiny bit predictable, could guess what their HEA would be, but I did really appreciate the closure in the end for Nat with David, the fucking bastard, argh and enjoyed it nonetheless.
Not sure if this one will be everyone's cup of tea but I loved reading it (now off to read Sloan's story - fuck yes, our girl deserves her own love story).
