I don’t remember the last time I disliked a book this much.
Positives:
-Some of the descriptions of DID were pretty accurate.
*deep breath*
Negatives:
-Immediately caught on to it being DID. Found myself immediately angry. It was very obvious from the start and the rest of the book felt like a slog.
-No one but her husband caught onto this?? Her kids? The other people at work? This woman is a DOCTOR. You don’t think that other doctors would notice or should would have gotten fired long before that for not showing up or having more problems at the hospital? So many loopholes and questions.
-What was her reasoning for investigating the murder to begin with? For breaking into houses and stealing cars? Seems INSANE.
-So much of the book was just wildly unrealistic.
