Murder of Crows by Anne Bishop

Re-read
This was a fantastic second novel following Written in Red. Tensions are high and they are building up to an eventual conflict between HFL and the Terra Ingene. I loved seeing how Meg has made a place for herself and she and Simon are building bridges that are very much needed. We have a bit of an into to others outside the Lakeside Courtyard as others are drawn into what is being done with the cassandra sangue. This novel has such a great cast of characters. You may not love them all, but they are very well written and defined.
Meg the Trailblazer, indeed.
