Vengeance Is Mine by Michael Wood

4.0

A few decades ago a 13-year-old girl was murdered, and the murdered ended up in prison. The murderer is about to be released, and people are not happy about it. A young woman finds out the murderer is her father. She wants to get to know him. What could go wrong?

Another solid story by the master storyteller Michael Wood. I especially enjoy it when an author finds something new in the familiar, or surprises me with something different I have never read about. Wood is a great author when it comes to both. A solid Wood. You cannot put the book down, because you keep on wondering where is the twist, what will happen. The twist is there. It will happen.
