Reread!! And a good reread it was
I’ve been meaning to continue this trilogy for awhile and boy was that a great decision
It feels like a comic book that was just in entirely written form, and while I’m not an avid comic book reader in any way, I liked the way it felt like that
I also think the way the boundaries for each prodigy ability is very nice, it doesn’t really give any one character too much power. Even if they do have too much power, the plot ensures that the power balance stays pretty reasonable
I also LOVE the Ingrid-Nova dynamic, they had my favorite interactions of this book, even though the Adrian-Nova interactions were pretty nice
