A Curse Carved in Bone by Danielle L. Jenson

I loved A Fate Inked in Blood so much and, honestly, everything I've ever read by Danielle L. Jenson (seriously, try The Bridge Kingdom), so I was really excited to read A Curse Carved in Bone: Book Two of the Saga of the Unfated.

A Curse Carved in Bone picks up where A Fate Inked in Blood left off, with Freya furious over Bjorn's betrayal. With a looming prophecy, powers that are not fully understood, and shredded relationships, Freya faces off with darkness and other (adult) children of the gods with divine heritage. The alliances are unstable. The trust is broken. Can Freya move forward and change fate or will she be pulled to the darkness?

This book was so full of adventure, politics, tricks and twists, and dynamic relationships all woven together to create a fast-paced romantasy worth every page. I loved this book, and the duology as a whole!
