"I love you, final girl."
Ending a trilogy is tough work. Especially when you play with form, narration, and POV in each book. I loved being inside Jade's head for this one and seeing things firmly from her POV. Her character development is everything to me. Jade and Letha's friendship is another thing that I just adore. This book hit the ground running and did not stop - not even on the final page. It was heart-wrenching, gory, and did not hold back.
Simply put: SGJ did what needed to be done.
