This book was so good! It starts off a bit slow but once it ramps up oh boy does it ramp up. The subtle manipulations of the main character are very well done and my friend Ellis (who I was buddy reading this with) and I cannot stop talking about it. The last half is seriously wild but does contain quite graphic displays of physical abuse.
If you like watching documentaries on cults (or podcasts, or books, etc) I guarantee you’ll like this book.
