I didn't know a thing about Anne Morrow Lindbergh and had just a history book knowledge of Charles Lindbergh so I'm glad I read this novel. It sure didn't make me a fan of Charles Lindbergh, that's for sure. What a controlling, paranoid, cold man. I wasn't too sympathetic toward Anne, either. She had so much potential and didn't fully realize it until the end.
