What a fascinating and deeply human detail of one of the strangest films and people I have ever heard of and had the chance to meet. I have a thousand times more respect for The Room and everyone who made it, including Tommy Wiseau, the man who poured his very soul into it (and the film consequently reeks of it). With a better understanding of the circumstances under which it was made and of the person who conceived it, I think I'm finally ready to, without complaint, rewatch The Room.
