Corruptible: Who Gets Power and How It Changes Us by Brian Klaas

Disappointed by this one - rehash of ideas like aggression & violence, cognitive biases & prejudices, physiological effects of stress etc. I've always been interested in this topic because I want to understand why the richest and most politically powerful seem to have lost their empathy along the way. The book didn't answer this but focused a lot on adjacent factors which I've already read in other books.
