Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow
by Gabrielle Zevin
i have mixed feelings about this. there were parts wherein i was hooked and i couldn’t put it down, but there were also parts that made me want to pull my hair out.
i really liked the writing style. i surprisingly enjoyed the jump between timelines because it emphasized the differences between the relationships of the characters in different points in their lives. i also liked how all characters were given enough depth which made them interesting and real.
i just think there was a lot of miscommunication all throughout which lead to somewhat baseless or even stupid fights between the characters which was annoying. but somehow, it does reflect real life.
