I cannot even fathom that ending. This whole book was absolutely mind boggling! I do not know what to believe 😳

Verity Crawford is the best selling author of a twisted thriller series told from the perspective of the villain, but she’s incapacitated for the moment. Her husband (and the publisher) is looking for someone to finish the last three books of the series and they think Lowen is a great fit.

Lowen Ashleigh is a struggling author, but she’s happy being mostly unknown. She’s nearly bankrupt, about to be kicked out of her apartment, when the opportunity of a life time comes knocking at her door. Lowen doesn’t want fame, she doesn’t want to be a household name. Finally, she agrees to write under a pen name and help finish the series. In order to do so, she has to move into the Crawford home. Verity has notes upon notes scattered throughout her office— perhaps she has outlines planned for the other books.

During Lowen’s time at the house, she finds something sinister that could affect the Crawford’s reality. She also does not believe Verity is as helpless as she seems…

WHAT THE FUDGE?!?! I AM LOSING MY MIND. This book is twisted. Colleen WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?? I will not say much more than this so as to not spoil, but WOW!!!
