4.2 stars. Did I love it as much as The Martian? No. But I still enjoyed the story. Weir does a fantastic job combining science and literature. I nerd out over the science and appreciate his explanations while also marveling at how he doesn’t make it sound boring. Jazz is not my favorite character, but the story itself is a page turner. If you liked The Martian, you will enjoy Artemis.
