This book is by far one of the worst pieces of literature that I have ever had the displeasure of reading in my life.

There is zero romance in this book. This is pure erotica with scenes of SA and abuse that H.D. Carlton has attempted to romantisice.

'Zade Meadows' is a walking contradiction and a red flag. He develops an unhealthy obsession with 'Adeline' and proceeds to terrorise the woman in her own home going as far as to SA her with a gun.

The author has tried to portray Zade as this 'morally grey' character. When in reality, he is a r*pist and a murderer.

Adeline is portrayed as a typical 'pretty woman with no brains'. She has no sense of awareness or basic common sense.

If you like being disgusted and disappointed then read this book.
