This book had a really strong start, but kind of plateaued and stagnated towards the middle. It didn’t pick up again until the last 50/70 pages or so. 

Overall, it was a cute little story. I enjoyed it. But there times I felt like the story dragged a little bit. Would recommend to someone looking for cozy fantasy books.
