I've wanted to read this for a while now . I'm glad I did because it was beautiful . I thought everything about it was perfect except for the bit when she talks about her time in the hospital . It wasn't bad, but everything was written so beautifully poetic - then it felt like she just lost her artistic hand/control - and started to narrate almost too conversationally/directly/casually about her experience there. It creates a kind of jarring effect because of that - and as a reader - it felt a bit like of a figurative form of 'disappointment'; or at least I feel like it creates that kind of experience for the reader. But she ends the play very beautifully with very little words of very big impact/effect(s). However, my favourite bits are from the beginning of the play. I enjoyed and really liked her use of repetition in the 'dialogues'/'monologues' (it's not clear whether if she was talking to herself or if she was speaking to someone else) on p.3.
