The Dispossessed is a novel that is certainly different from anything else I've recently read. It's a novel about planets in contrast, one with a flawed but hopeful anarchist society, and one with a number of diffrent conflicting statist societies. I honestly am still not quite sure what my own takeaway is, but Shevek was certainly an intresting protagonist.
Graphic: Sexual assault
Moderate: Confinement, Violence
Minor: Slavery
