This is a fun, emotionally charged addition to the Vegas Crush series. Tripp Blackburn, a veteran NHL player in his final season, unexpectedly reconnects with Lila, the granddaughter of the team's owner. Their age gap, 13 years, creates tension, especially after a snowed-in night leads to a surprise pregnancy. Lila and Tripp’s chemistry is undeniable, but they struggle to get on the same page as they navigate family ties, professional obligations, and personal desires. The push-and-pull dynamic between them keeps the story engaging. Watching Tripp evolve from a cocky athlete to a dedicated partner made it a good story to read. The rollercoaster emotions and happy ending make this a good sports romance.
