This is a truly mind-blowing book. I had to look twice at the author's name because I had read one horror novel by Langan and despised it. But this sounded too good to pass up.
It's bizarre, twisty, weird and dark. Langan sets up scenarios, lures you in, then makes hard left turns. I am glad I didn't lef my previous reading experience spoil me.
