Embracing His Syn by A.E. Via

2.0

As always Aiden Snow did a great job with his gorgeous, growly voice but I have issues with the writing style.

Me and Mrs. Via kind of Alpha men don't mess... AT ALL. To me they behave and talk like the straight to tough frat boys that you want to slap upside the head, but in this case they are ALL gay. And I mean ALL!!!

I have instances bookmarked while listening to the Syn and Fury's story with this like "because when you are told to grab the essentials, because it's dangerous to remain in your home, on of the things you grab is the prostate massager" or how sure they both were about Syn being a bottom when he never had sex with a man or Fury's inner monologues about his generosity in giving another chance to Syn and NOT disappoint him when the guy was a minute old out of the closet (which he was more like shoved out of it by Fury than anything else).

And I won't even go to the whole thing about the BTIS (or something) that were killing male porn stars, the whys, the hows and how it was "resolved".

I think this is the end for me for this series, although I will give a whirl the new book in the Prophesy series 'cos I don't remember if the first one annoyed me or not.
