A newly installed CEO hires a consultant to turn his company around. He's sexy, responsible and focused, and she's equally sexy and confident. There's great sexual tension as they try to remain professional, but their attraction is hot, and it's pretty 🔥 when they cross the line (desk scene!). I liked their romance - it's passionate and tender, and he's so sweet to her.

But the focus on other characters' arcs that takes time away from them, which is a big disservice. Also wasn't too fond of
surprise baby but the evil ex is a hoot!
. The overarching mystery and espionage is interesting. I also enjoyed the portrayal of a rich and powerful Black family that puts family first.
