Book Lovers are people who love books. So are Nora, a very successful literary agent, and Charlie, an editor. They are work nemesis … until they meet in Sunshine Falls.
Nora was dragged there by her sister after another meaningless breakup. They want to spend one month there to relax and reconnect. They have a mission to turn a romance into reality … all is fun and games until Nora runs into Charlie.
They kind of need to start working together on Nora’s most prominent author‘s newest book and in the book store of Charlie‘s family. The get to know each other and discover similarities and a deep connection.
And then surprise strikes and especially Nora has to face her past and the ideas she lived by to be able to move on.
First of all, I am a book lover. And I love Emily Henry. I loved the book. I could feel with Nora and I was annoyed by her because she just didn’t talk about her ideas of life and her problems. I was also annoyed by her sister Libby because she kind of took Nora for granted and tried to trick her. And still, it is a really good read in a wonderful setting with lovely characters.
